Frequently Asked Questions

How long has it been since your last professional clean?

For health and safety purposes, it is recommended that your indoor air systems be professionally cleaned every 2-3 years. If someone in the home has allergies, smokes indoors, has asthma, or you have pets, it is recommended that your systems be cleaned every 1-2 years.

Do you have unexplained and frequent cold or flu symptoms?

Your indoor air quality can drastically impact your health, both negatively and positively. Poor indoor air quality can cause headaches, tiredness, coughing, sneezing, sinus congestion, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, and/or irritation in the eyes, throat, nose and skin.

Is your home located near construction zone or heavy traffic?

Construction, be it commercial or residential, causes an influx of pollutant in the air that may be harmful to your health. If your home has undergone any renovations or you reside in an area where there is home or road construction, it is recommended to get your air systems cleaned More often. This will clean your air of harmful dust and debris that you may not realize is in the air.

Is your home a new or did you just move in?

Home construction is a messy process. The air is constantly filled with pollutant such as dust and debris that can cause health-related issues if not removed from your home. Once your new build is ready, make sure you get a professional service so you can enjoy your new home in a healthy manner.

If you have recently moved into a new home, you may not be aware of how the previous owners cared for their indoor air quality nor if they contributed to a surplus of air pollutants. For a fresh, healthy start to your new chapter, it is recommended to have your systems professionally services.

Do you have pets?

As much as we love our pets, they also can be main contributors to air pollution that if left untended could be harmful for your health. Our furry friends track pollutants into our home on their paws, in their mouthes, and in their fur and leave pet dander. Animal pee, especially that of cats and rabbits, contains a high concentrate of ammonia. Even when we clean their litter boxes or pee pads, there is still ammonia that's released into the air which is a lung, skin and eye irritant.
