KESCA (Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaners Association) was developed insure all food service industries will be inspected and cleaned from top to bottom insuring everything’s been installed to code so it can be cleaned to code a minimum of every six months depending on volume and types of equipment used. The Association is creating the industry standard that all levels governments will respect. We are not only capable of cleaning the exhaust system but the entire establishment to insure it is green and clean on all levels from energy efficiency, fire prevention and regular maintenance. If they achieve all levels of the thermometer program they will be certified by KESCA and advertized for free on the official web site.
